- ALL SETS/JUMPERS ARE CURRENTLY MADE TO ORDER AND WILL HAVE AN ESTIMATED 2-4 WEEK PROCESSING AND SHIPPING UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE UNLESS STATED IN THE DESCRIPTION OTHERWISE!
- Domestic orders can take approximately 3-4 Business days to be processed and shipped.
- Canadian orders can take approximately 5-7 business days to be received as your package is handled and passed through Customs.
- Custom/Duty Fees Must Be Paid By Customer.
- Orders placed during the Holidays can take approximately 6-10 business days to process and ship. Our team will make sure your package is shipped as promptly as possible.
- ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION.
- ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION. REVISIONS AFTER ORDER HAS SHIPPED MUST BE HANDLED WITH THE CARRIER.

Modifying your order after it has been processed and shipped is not possible. However, we have an easy return policy and you will be able to exchange your item(s).
We are so sorry for the inconvenience. Please email our customer service team with your order number and we will promptly send you a free prepaid return label. Please keep in mind we are a small business run by one person at this time, if a mistake occurs, we will do our very best to fix the issue right away to keep our Cynpledolls happy!
